PLEASE Help !Enter the Matrix 1080i problem

just wondering if anyone else is having this problem

whenever I'm playing the game in 1080i mode the there seems to be a light yellow hue covering the entire display
then sometimes it'll be back to normal

basically the display is switching between normal and yellow hue every few minutes

I don't know what the hell's going on

is this some kind of setting on my TV

Please Help!!

Send a message via Yahoo to Camp
It might help if you start by telling us what TV you have. Are you set-up correctly in the Xbox dashboard?

I have a samsung HCM4215W
and I'm using monster component cables
and I have 1080i enabled in dashboard
the problem is not that I don't see the output
it's that there's a yellow hue overlay

Could you try different cables?

if it's the cable then
the game would look weird in 480i/480p right?

but all games look fine in those modes

No, the cables might not have enough bandwidth for 1080i... though I don't know what kind of visual distortion that might cause.

I tried matrix 1080i on my infocus x1 and it looked like garbage! .. not impressed at all.

Dropped it down to 720p and now that was a different story.. the game looked amazing.

maybe try it at 720p? (just turn off 1080i in xbox dashboard and matrix will default to 720p)

Hope taht helps

Since it's a one color tint, it really sounds like a cable issue.
