Gameboy Advance SP anywhere???

So I've been looking locally at Best Buy, Comp-USA and Circuit City for a new SP gameboy and no one has them. Amazon has it online but are charging $134 for it...ughhh. Is there a shortage of these or something? I've NEVER seen one of these on the shelves. I'd prefer to walk into someplace and buy it but its not looking very good.

I saw two cobalt ones at best buy about a month ago but haven't seen any on the shelves since then. You can order them from the etailers though. From what I've heard they only did one production run thus far and the unit proved to be way more popular than they anticipated hence the shortage. I've also heard there should be plenty of them in the not too distant future.

Regards,
Dave

Ahhh...toys r us, forgot about that one. Its such a trek to get there though. Maybe I'll have to make a drive this weekend or just wait a little longer.

When I was at Target today they had a bunch. Best Buy here had a couple when I was there yesterday. Must just be a shortage in Austin

It looks like ebgames.com has them (at least it says ships in 24 hours) and 9.99 for overnight shipping, so its almost a wash with tax.

I've been to several Targets in the last 2 weeks and have seen many GBA SP's in both flavors. (Twin Cities).
