It's going to be mighty hard for another season to top this one. What else would have to happen in another season of Survivor to be better?

I honestly feel sorry for Erik's moronic gameplay.
For baseball fans out there, he reminds me of Donnie Moore giving up that classic homer to Dave Henderson and for the rest of his life he'll be known as that loser. I just hope it ends differently for him. So sad.

I know there's no justifying his play, but the fact that there was an hidden immunity idol out there that HAD to be played during only that TC, it was even more insane that he gave up the necklace. Even if they didn't trick him, and he voted for Parv, she could have had the idol and it HAD TO BE PLAYED THAT TC. Unreal.

That said, I think that Cerie is the best Survivor player EVER. Seriously. She's never even close to being in any challenge and yet she's able to mastermind everything. She also does so in a way that usually leaves someone else with a target for the play she made. She's an amazing player and deserves the million by far.

As a fan from the start, I can't get over how great this season is.

Cerie's also turned this season into Survivor: The Biggest Loser, she's really losing the weight.

BTW, don't forget, the 2-hour finale is on TONIGHT, and the after-finale reunion show is on right afterwards.

MikeM: One of the things wrong with your Donnie Moore/Erik analogy is that I don't think Erik really understands what he did. Donnie, unfortunately, took his "mistake" way too much to heart. I think Erik's more than okay returning to his ice cream scoop and getting on with his life.

Doesn't anyone on this show believe that someone can be genuinely hurt by decisions? Seeing all the eye rolling when Amanda was talking about her choice was odd to me. She was friends with both of them and it was hard for her, why is that so difficult for the jury members to understand?

It's going to be hard to get 5 votes on the jury. And what happens in a tie? Fire-building?
