My vote is in - I love the introduction of the ghosthunter!

Re: Lost: Season Four
The other thing too is that the character of Daniel Faraday, is known as a "head case"
He was saying to Jack and Kate(when Miles was communicating to dead Naomi) that the island is weird, because the sunlight doesn't spread right.
If Daniel is a head case, could he have been an institution?
(maybe even Hurley's)

Did anyone notice that the scene in the desert seemed to be a near shot for shot remake of the opening scene of "Close Encounters"

Re: Lost: Season Four
I thought George back on the ship was one of the people we saw back at the end of Season... 2(?).... the two people who briefly saw the island when the magnetic thing happened? Did we ever know either of their names? Just going on gut feel (nothing to support it), I think one of those guys is on the ship.
Bring some type of captioning to internet streaming.

Those guys weren't native English speakers. I doubt any of them would be named George.

According to Lostpedia, their names in the script were Henrik and Mathias. They were working for Penny so I doubt they'd be on board the freighter.

It didn't cross my mind for that scene, but I figured the way that the members of the team all seemed to have a strong emotional response to the news of Oceanic 815 being found was similar to how those who had seen the UFOs in CE3K were all drawn to the aliens and obsessed with Devil's Tower.

I noticed that, too. That dimension of the show is quite fun.
Also, did anyone else notice that while Miles was "ghostbusting" the picture frames on the wall are different when he comes back down the stairs from when he went up? I wondered why they focused on the photos but didn't notice the change the first time I watched it. Kind of like he worked with time and outcomes instead of just talking to the ghost.

Also when Miles goes into the murdered kids bedroom, he has a picture of a favorite football player #15.
The 15 is big and circled

Its one thing to have unusual abilities on the island, it is another proposition to demonstrate them back in the real world. I believe that was Holadem's point; and I agree that the series made a sharp turn with the introduction of the 'ghosthunter' character. Not sure how I feel about this yet.

well if you believe Desmond's 'timetravel' episode, he ran into the lady precog in the jewelry store in England. Desmond later got those same powers.

Really? Not even the shot of the car approaching, seeing the headlights in the distance and then the location card (although it was used in other scenes as well). The sandstorm, the French translator etc.
