Well, that was the best episode in a while. Definitely took care of my fix.

Re: Lost: Season Four

Yeah, definitely at least the best episode in the past month

I actually think this entire season pretty much has been outstanding so far, this episode included... Though we know that's not how Ben got into the middle of the desert, so what really happened to him?

Can I just reiterate how much I love this show? Set something up and then the payoff comes weeks later (in this case, the Sayid/Ben flash forward). Now it makes sense.

And holy crap. That smokey sequence was...beyond anything I really ever expected. Very excellent episode.

Ben's choice was brutal.

Re: Lost: Season Four

It seems my original season one theory is becoming more and more plausible, especially given tonight's episode. I posted about it again back in the season 3 thread here . Hopefully we'll get more episodes as amazing as this!

I would like to add my favourite quote from the series, the one that fueled my original theory: "Two players. Two sides. One is light, one is dark."

Lost is one of the few shows that has kept my interest from the very first episode. I thought tonight's episode was great as usual and I hope they keep up the good work.

Is it me or are there more commercials during Lost than on any other TV show? At the third commercial break I took a look at my watch and it was only 10:23. Man... that's brutal.

Yes but they're also shorter commercial breaks, from what I've noticed.

I was pretty blown away by this episode. It's amazing how the pace has picked up this season, pretty much every episode is jam-packed. Smokey's attack was awesome.
