How freaking crazy is Locke sticking a grenade in Miles' mouth?! I hope he doesn't yawn.

I laughed outloud when Ben asked Miles why he wanted $3.2 million. "Why not 3.3? Or 3.4?"

Yeah lol, also the part when Miles said "Its extortion if you want to get technical" But it was kind of lame that Miles got all worked up about finding Ben and when he finally did it was just to extort him. Just seems like they are overdoing the drama a bit (and I agree about the violin thing). I was expecting something to be revealed like who the people on the ship were or maybe Miles would try to kill Ben.

Ken Leung, who was great on The Sopranos seems to be doing well as the newbie on Lost. It would funny to see him in a scene with Sawyer, I can almost see it with the Sawyer's Bruce Lee remark or Miles calling him man pretty

I'm not entirely buying Miles' only reason to talk to Ben is to get money from him. He asked Kate for privacy-which he didn't get-suggesting there was another motive for getting to Ben. We know Miles is a ghostbuster. Is it at all in the realm of possibility Ben died on the island and was brought back? And Miles was hoping to get some information from him on that count?

The short version: I think the money was a diversion when Kate wouldn't leave them alone.

We now have seen another possible reason for Kate not wanting to try to go to the island. Her deal to get off the charges involves her staying in the state for 10 years. She can't try to go to the island for quite some time without violating her parole. It could be that Jack only knows that she didn't go to jail and doesn't know the rest of the terms.

I forgot all about this last night, but Neil jogged my memory. A lot of people assumed in the S3 finale, Kate was worried Sawyer or another grown up might miss her. What if-and this is just me talking out loud-the "he" she was referring to was Aaron? What if the babysitter/nanny who stayed with him during the trial wasn't around that night Kate met Jack?
