Re: Lost: Season Four
I hope it's okay to ask this in this thread. I looked for a Season Three thread, but only found threads for Season One and Season Four.
Tonight, we watched the Season Three episode Expose. It's the one in which Nikki and Paulo are stung, and eventually buried alive.
In one of the flashback sequences, we see Shannon and Boone back at the airport terminal, and they are arguing about something. Boone comes over to the table at which Nikki and Paulo are sitting, and asks if anyone is using the chair. Paulo nods (or says something affirmative). Boone thanks him, and takes the chair away so he or Shannon can sit in it.
My question is this. I am almost certain that I have seen a scene where some woman sitting with a man in the terminal says something like "Please tell me we won't end up like that" (referring to the arguing of Boone and Shannon) in a prior episode. Tonight, it was Nikki saying it to Paulo. But I am racking my brain trying to figure out where I saw it before (maybe in a Shannon or Boone flashback in seasons one or two?)
I checked to see when Kiele Sanchez (Nikki Fernandez) first appears in Lost, and all of the sources I consulted said Further Instructions. I thought it was a much earlier episode. Maybe I haven't seen this scene before. If anyone has any leads (perhaps listing the first episode in which Boone and Shannon are arguing in the terminal) I'd be grateful to hear them.

Never happened. Maybe you're thinking of the scene from "Exodus" in season one, when a nearby American couple were observing Sun and Jin ("If I ever do something like that for you, shoot me" or words to that effect) at the airport.

Arild,
I think you've nailed it. Many thanks.

Re: Lost: Season Four
So, is there supposed to be some sort of significance to the baby's name? Somehow, the way she said the name really struck me as odd...
Anyway, slowest episode so far this season, in my opinion. Still interesting, though.

Re: Lost: Season Four
Interesting episode tonight. I guess the big question that comes to mind is why doesn't Jack want to see the baby?
I think the way she said it was just meant to be surprising for the audience.

Re: Lost: Season Four
Wow, great episode tonight. The first half hour felt a little too slow to me, though still interesting, but the ending especially was entirely unexpected.
So Claire apparently isn't one of the six. I wonder if she's one of the eight that they said survived the crash or what.
Also, if only 6 got back and they said 8 survived, what happened to the other 2? Why not just claim they didn't survive either? I guess something probably happens to two people during the rescue attempt?

Didn't she call him Aaron, or did I mishear? If I misheard, I take back part of my post.

Re: Lost: Season Four
Baby's name sounded like "Eric", but it could have been Aaron, which is Claire's baby, so perhaps Kate's now raising Claire's baby. Will Jack ever find out Claire is his half-sister (and, thus an uncle to her baby)?
So Ben's done a disappearing act to the island and he's burned someone else with a lot of resources to hunt him down, even to an island that's awfully to find from the outside world. Hmm....

Re: Lost: Season Four
She definitely said Aaron. The real question now is, what happened to Claire?

because it's Sawyer's and Jack don't like Sawyer... BTW - what was the baby's name - I didn't understand what she called him..
EDIT - ok Aaron - so that was Claire's baby?? hmmm I figured she was lying to Sawyer about not being pregnant...

She's probably still on the island.
