Yes this is generally true but iirc Superman wins over long distances because he has much higher stamina and endurance than the Flash.

It's true about Superman holding back. He does pretty much all the time. The only time that I've seen him fight with everything he has (in the very few Superman comics I've read) is when he fought Doomsday and we all know how that turned out.

Unless you count the fact that Wally West (The Flash) has the
"speed force" on his side, in which apparently he can do anything, such as travel in time and etc.
Overall though The Flash is faster, but will ultimately slow down because he gets tired, Superman/Clark doesn't get tired, or at least nearly as easily as a normal "modified" human body does.
There are plenty of people that are also stronger than Supes, but again he doesn't give up or tire easily, so this is generally why he almost always wins his battles.

Who are the few that are stronger than Supes?

I don't know, but if they ever want to reuse that special effect of Neo and Smith hitting each other with such force that schock waves are created, that would be a good time to use it.

I finally watched the episode Friday. I enjoyed it, especially the swiming and fighting scenes with Clark and Aquaman. Both looked great I might add but Aquaman was definitely more chiseled than Clark.

Looks like Lex is slipping more to the dark side.

FYI, the guy playing Aquaman, Alan Ritchson, was also an American Idol contestant. I think I recognized him as being one of the cheesy guys who serenaded Paula during the audition process.

There's a poll over at Krytonsite as to whether people would watch a spioff of Aquaman.
In the meantime he might want to take some acting lessons.

I'd rather see Millar/Gough do a "young Spider-Man" series. If they'd stick to the Lee/Ditko/Buscema and Busiek stuff, it would be beyond awesome. But, I'd probably give another superhero show a shot, even though I don't know much about Aquaman.

Err... Spider-Man is a Marvel character, I doubt the WB is going to spin off a Marvel character when they own DC comics...
