That was Star Trek III In Search of Leonard Nimoy, Russ. Direct sequel to Wrath of Khaaaaaaan!
And with Star Trek IV The Search for Humpback Whales, they form a luverly Trek trilogy.

Re: Testy Area 51
Ahh... ok. I think I only ever seen each of those twice. I keep meaning to watch all the Treks, but that damned 1st one nods me off and I can't bring myself to watch anymore.

Sto-range, indeed There is one in Dutch. The English translation might rhyme in Cockney too.

Re: Testy Area 51
Went to see "Henry Poole is Here" yesterday. It was sweet and moving and probably the best performance I've seen from Luke Wilson.
That's right -- I did not go to "Death Race". The reviews are so horrible. I keep wondering why Joan Allen wanted to be in this film where she apparently has wonderful lines like "F*ck with me and we'll find out who sh*ts on the sidewalk". I guess I may wait for the DVD to hear that immortal line.

I owns...
STAR TREK: The Motionless Picture
STAR TREK II: The Wrath of Khan
STAR TREK III: The Search for Spock
STAR TREK IV: The Voyage Home
STAR TREK VI: The Undiscovered Country
STAR TREK: First Contact
STAR TREK: Nemesis
I don't mind owning all the Star Trek feature-films, same goes for James Bond and Zatoichi (Shintaro Katsu).
I received in the mail yesterday the UK 2-Disc DVD of The Crimson Rivers.

Re: Testy Area 51
I liked the sixth Star Trek. I don't remember the 5th, and the 4th was too goofy. The 3rd makes me sleepy.
Joan Allen seems to be taking the "Ben Kingsly" movie career path of appearing in anything she's offered.

Re: Testy Area 51
I loved Star Trek VI The Undiscovered Country, a great send off for the original crew, not sure why Trekkie Droog Rick didn't like it. Parker's a fan, he loves quoting from it.

Wow and to think someone got paid to write that dialogue. Death Race opened at no.3 in the weekend charts with $12m, not a big hit, the reviews put people off. House Bunny, whatever that is, is at no.2 and Tropic Thunder is no.1. The Dark Knights at no.4 and moving towards $500m in the US which is frankly astonishing.
