i just wanted to let you all know that i have one of these on my desk at work.

he keeps my desk protected at night.
beware his lethal water-jet cannon. i almost took out my neighbors eye with that one.
plus his spinning propeller hat makes a wonderful "wuhhhzziippppppppp" noise.
and his retractable legs can easily add 3 inches to his overall height.
finally, his interal organs light up like a christmas tree.
now ... how cool is that!

By the way, what does toungue in cheek mean anyways? I hear it all the time, and have a basic understanding of the meaning. Maybe I'm just an idiot. Anyone agree?

Sorry Cees, forgot about you, sometimes it seems you and I are the only real film fans on this thread. Most of the other droogs are after hours loungers on their testy break.
I'm just joshing fellas really... the ted put that caps key down, it might go off, Dennis... put.. the... uzi... down...

Ouch! That hurts! For those who haven't heard, I just watched 2001 (in its entirety. That is, without skipping a second). Some people don't seem to care.
I am very much looking forward to revisiting Alice in Wonderland very, very soon. Just viewed the John Sayles film Eight Men Out this week. And, I even watched parts, er, well a few minutes, um, of Wild Things the other night. It was really, really good.
Steve: I am very pleased that ROTK received all those nominations. I'm sure it will win the awards for picture, director, costumes, make-up, music & song. Maybe the others, too.
For the record, I do not have an Inspector Gadget action figure on my desk.
There's Jessie the yodeling cowgirl. Bullseye, he's Woody's horse. Pete the old prospector. And, Woody, the man himself. Of course, it's time for Woody's RoundUp. He's the very best! He's the rootinest, tootinest cowboy in the wild, wild west!

Steve tried to revive polls single-handedly. I will try to begin a poll in Testy.
[c]Most kick-ass:
Dennis or Eowyn?[/c]
My vote (to start things off): Definitely Dennis!
