My entry level system, slowly building up...

B&W 602 S3 Fronts, powered by a HK AVR 525. Love the sound. Looking to get B&W's for center and surrounds soon.

Hi, I'm new here. As you might surmise I'm partial to Thiel speakers.

Front: Thiel CS2
Center: Thiel SCS3
Surrounds: Thiel CS1.2
Sub: Hsu Research VTF-2
Receiver: HK AVR525

These are in a bedroom system. My downstairs system has been taken over by the kids.

Why do you want to know what speakers I have? Are you going to come rob my house? If you must know, my main home theater consists of:

Mains: NHT Super One
Center: NHT Super Center
Surrounds: NHT Super Zero
Sub: Velodyne CT-100

My music-only system consists of:

Mains: NHT Super Zero
Sub: NHT SW2Pi

Can you tell I like NHT? Stay away from my house, though, I'm getting a security system intalled soon.

Just finished my setup after a lot saving my hard earned part-time-toyshop-sales-assistant-full-time-student dollars...

Yamaha RXV-630
B&W 603s3 mains
B&W LCR60s3 centre
B&W 602s3 rears
B&W ASW300 sub
70% Music / 30% HT

Now that I can afford to go out on saturday nights again, I want to stay home and enjoy it

Liam.

Paradigm reference studio CC, Studio 20's all round & SVS 25-31 pci.

Anyone using paradigm reference speakers with mid priced receiver power is not realizing the full potential of their investment, IMHO

I'm starting to upgrade with the mains already:

Mains: Boston Acoustics VR-M50
Center: Onkyo (came with mini-shelf system)
Rears: Onkyo (see center)
Sub: None yet

Upgrade to:

Center: Boston Acoustics VR-MC
Rears: Boston Acoustics VRi650 in-wall
Sub: Still undecided

I really enjoy listening to 2-channel music on my M50s. To me they were the best bookshelf at this price point that I demoed, which were many.

I might as well wiegh in here too (Don't want to feel left out)...

Mains: Mirage OM-10's
Center: Mirage OM-C3
Surrounds: Mirage OM-R2's
Sub: Mirage BPS-150i, Audiosource SW-15

These are all driven from a Yamaha RX-V3300

Future plans (in order or priority):

Center: OM-C2 (C3 goes to rear center) for 6.1
Mains: OM-7's or 5's (10's go to surround, surrounds go to front effects) for 8.1
Sub: Something with a lot more guts than the 150i and more accurate than the SW-15, maybe something SVS, maybe not.
