Velodyne DPS 12 dead need help Houston

My Velodyne DPS 12 subwoofer will not turn on. It was working great then I unplugged it and then plugged it back in without turning it off and now nothing. I am almost sure that after I plugged it back in it came on but later was not working.

I need a good shop here in Houston to take it to, anyone know of one ?

Anyone have an idea of what the problem may be ? Thanks in advance

did you check the fuse, there should be a fuse on that amp
