anybody using old 1970 and 1980 speakers for their front channels


I know they are not a match sonicly ,but they are very close.I am running a pair of restored JBL L150A towers for my front channels ,and my rear center is an Acoustic Research TSW 510.for listening to music the JBL's really come to life.The JBL's really like my 130 w Rotel amp and Rotel reciever
