Large speaker stands (height and surface area)

I have the Athena AS-R1.2 surrounds and need some speaker stands for them. I've been looking everywhere and am having a hard time finding ones which are:

1) Over 40" tall (as a bare minimum)
2) Large enough to fit the AS-R1.2, which basically means a 13" square foot print probably... the speaker is a trapezoid shape (dipole) with 12.5" width at widest part.

Any ideas?

Stands are typically not used for dipole speakers (though there is nothing that says that you can't) they are intended to go on the walls.

Taller than 40" stands are going to be very difficult, if not impossible, to find; I think I have seen only one or two ever. You might be better off simply building them or having them built if they must be stand mounted.
