Completely upgraded HTIB system
A while back as some of you will remember, I was looking at my options for upgrading an Onkyo HTIB system. Finally I have made the complete upgrade with the exception of the reciever, which is providing plenty of power and is working great. Heres what I have acquired:
1 Pair Mirage OM 10 Floorstanders
1 pair Mirage MBS bookshelf's (using as rear surround)
1 Definitive Technology MC1 Center channel
1 Pair Definitive Technology BPX Surrounds (as side surrounds)
HSU VTF3 MK3 sub
I Bi-wired the Mains with cables from Blue Jeans Cables and went with Monster CI Pro 14guage speaker wire for the rest.
Even though these speakers aren't timbre matched they are meshing very well and providing a HUGE increase in output, clarity and overall sound quality over my onkyo speakers. I purchased everything used and found VERY good deals. Thanks for everyones help in the process!
