Bela Subwoofer?

At a local DIY store that sells alot of home audio do it yourself gear. They only carry one brand of woofer for home theatre application and its a brand called BELA. I've never heard of them and cant' seem to find them online.
Appearances of the speaker seem to be awesome. the magnet is huge , the rubber of the woofer seems quite sterdy, and it isnt made of cheap paper.
Its 280watts RMS which would be run through a 300watt RMS plate amp for a project sonotube i'm building.

The speaker itself is 130$ canadian.
The amp is 219$ canadian.

Anyone herd of this company before tho?

i guess nobody has heard of them. I'm just debating with myself whether doing the whole sonotube + 12" Bela sub would out perform a already built sub from future shop for the same if not cheaper price.

Try it, is the sub is shitty you can always upgrade to a known woofer!

I'm sure a properly built enclosure will kill anything Future Shop or BB has for sale.
