Anyone have the Athena AS-R1?

I currently have the following:
AS-F2 (front)
AS-C1 (center)
S.5 (surround)
S.5 (rear center)

The S.5 are mounted 7 feet high and pointed down towards the primary listening area. They are leftover from my point 5 system.

I was thinking about getting a pair of AS-R1 to replace the S.5 as surrounds. How do they sound and how much of an upgrade would they be?

I thought about getting a third for the rear center also, but the rear center isn't used that often so I'd do that last.

I couldn't find many reviews on the AS-R1, so please post them here!

I have a pair as my rear surrounds (5.1 set-up). I think they sound great but I don't have much to compare to. They did mount rather nicely and also you can buy a seperate mount if you want to angle them. Hopefully someone can chime in here with a better opinion. They match up nicely with my As-F1's and AS-C1. If possible, grab a pair from a local shop and demo them. That would be the ideal test.
