what do you guys use to clean the drivers?


hey i have some paradigms and i keep the grill off and i was woundering whats the best way to clean off all the dust off from the drivers. just use a cloth. or what.

If the drivers have a nice shine that you wouldn't want to
scratch, I wouldn't use a cloth (unless it's really, really,
really freaking soft). I've had much success with Swiffer Dusters
and things of that sort. Feather dusters, those hairy-duster things
(what they're called escapes me at the moment), and anything
like that should do just fine. And if you feel like using a soft
cloth, be careful...That's all I can say.

I use a slightly damp micro-fiber cloth to clean all of my audio gear.

Gentle touch with a feather duster, or maybe a squirt of compressed air.

I personally wouldn't use Armor All though:

Yes!!! Armor All is evil! And yes, I learned that lesson
the hard way a long time ago. You'd be better off to use
steel wool like ShaunLB.
