If you are using the V2.2 for your other speakers, then using it also for the center channel would probably be the best choice since you'll have tonal consistency.
However, you need to make sure that its magnetically shield.
And you might want to consider just placing it vertically and not lying it down on its side. It might look funny but you'll get better lateral dispersion so that people at the sides of your viewing area will be in a better position to accurately take in what the speaker is trying to convey. If you keep it verticaly, you might just want to tip or direct it downwards to the listening area using some rubber feet. But by all means try the different orientations and listen to what sounds best.
