SVS PSB1-ISD won't work..........now what

This thing is a monster...........it just overwhelms my room. Any suggestions. Will be using with Pioneer 45tx, Klipsch RF3II, RC3II, SB1, & SS1. How about the Klilpsch subs........how are they for music & movies?

May God Guide and Guard the USA!

Brad, when you say it overwhelms your room, do mean that the box is very large and it doesn't fit in your room, or do you mean that the sound it produces is too loud?

If the problem is with the sound, the next question to ask is whether you've properly calibrated the sub using Avia or the S&V disk and an SPL meter? A calibrated sub shouldn't overwhelm any room.

Have you calibrated the system? You might also want to consider playing with the subs placement too before getting rid of it. If none of that works I'd suggest a Hsu VTF-2. I think they're running a good sale on them right now.

If floor space is a concern try the cylinder version 25-31 PCI.

Size: 18" wide x 21" high x 20" deep...

If that's too big you don't want bass.
