paradigm finishes
has anyone seen the paradigm monitor speakers in a finish other then black because i was looking at getting it in a different finish but, the dealer i talked to said that it looked really fake and ugly. Does anyone else have an opinion on this?

I like the rosenut laminate finish. Black is, well, black, and I would never opt for that.

I agree. I went with the rose nut front, surrounds and sub. Looks good with the black grilles plus the black stands. Also enhances the look of the room.

Light cherry, rosenut and black ash are your only choices. Rosenut is darker than it looks on the website, and it looks good. The light cherry is ugly and does look fake to me. I went with all black.

Go with the Rosenut. Its better looking than the cherry or Black.
Black seems so boring to me.

Yeah get the laminate. It's pretty good IMO. Sure, it looks pretty plastic from up close, but from a distance it's quite nice. I have titans in black, and gosh I wish they were rosenut, cause black is just boring. It can fit anywhere, but it's not extra $$ for the wood-colored laminate, so go for it.
