The woman behind the disc is Bonnie Crenshaw from episode 135, "Eternally Yours, Jeannie". The reason why they put her there behind the disc is a clever gimmick.
Each disc is supposed to represent a scene from an episode. When you remove the disc, you'll find a different picture underneath from the same scene.
Disc 4 shows a picture of Jeannie near a box of photos. When you take the disc out, Jeannie has transformed into Bonnie. If you remember the episode, Jeannie had turned herself into Bonnie to test Tony's fidelity.
The other discs are the same way. Each disc represents a scene from an episode.
Disc 3 shows a little boy and a puff of smoke. When you remove the disc, you see a shocked Jeannie realizing she's been spotted by the little boy.
Disc 1 shows Jeannie and the dog. When you remove the disc, the picture just shows Jeannie as the dog has disappeared.
Disc 2 shows Tony and the mannequin of Jeannie in bridal outfit. When you remove the disc, the same picture only Jeannie replaces the mannequin.
"Congratulations. You're still in the running towards becoming America's Next Top Model."
