Does Sony's hold up have anything to do with their HP deal?

We never heard any more about this deal. Does anyone know what is involved in their deal with HP? Were they going to digitize their library or act as a producer of dvds? Very curious.

I meant, are they slowing up on releasing tv-on-dvd because of their deal with HP. It was announced a while ago. Here's a link to the article: Sony pacts with Hewlett-Packard for manufacturing-on-demand - 1/24/2008 - Video Business.
