Will "Back to You" be released anytime soon?

Just wondering if anyone has heard anything about this one. I have the shows on DVR and am waiting to transfer them in case I can get an official release. Since it stars Kelsey Grammer and Patricia Heaton surely it stands a good chance of making it to DVD.

People seem to ask these questions a lot about new series and their potential releases. First, Back To You's first season isn't finished yet. You can likely expect it's release in the fall to coincide with the beginning of it's next season. That's the way they're handling release schedules for a lot of series now. The DVD release of the previous season ties in with the promotion for the debut of the new television season. This will be true for other newer shows like Pushing Daisies, as well.

At least you're smart about it. You have it and can burn it yourself so if it doesn't come out you don't have to whine about it. I learned, oh, around 1981 that it's a lot easier to record something and get rid of it than to not and then be sorry after. I don't watch the show but if there's music in it you can almost be assured the DVD release will have modifications.

Yep. I've learned that for sure.

Can't recall any special music other than the nondescript theme song, so there probably won't be any holdups.

Must you post that in every thread about contemporary shows?

Why not? He speaks the truth. You don't have to read it if you don't like it.
