while some may suggest it's being held up by music issues, it's strange that CBS hasn't put out the final season of Mork and Mindy.

I made a phone call to Paramount Home Video and confirmed that Happy Days season 4 is scheduled to be released on December 9, 2008. TVonDVD has been notified but hasn't announced it JUST yet, keep watching, I expect the announcement to be made very soon.
