Warner Brothers announced season 3 of What's New Scooby Doo will be released on January 8th. Also they are going to release A Pup Named Scooby Doo in season series.

Re: Scooby Doo on DVD thread

I would like to complete my classic collection. However, I don't like any of the versions beyond the 70's. It's not the same with real ghosts etc. The creepy elements and mystery are all gone.

I've held off on the Pup single discs, so I'll definitely get the season sets.

Same here, the only classic collection Scooby Doo that is left to be released that I would want, is season 2 of the Scooby Doo show, and what ever episodes of the New Scooby Doo Movies that was not on the Best Of release, which will probably never be released due to celebirty that appeared on it blocking it.

The only series with Scrappy Doo that I would want is the 13 Ghosts Of Scooby Doo, even though it broke the rule of using real ghosts. But they might have to work a deal with the Vincent Price estate to release that series.

Re: Scooby Doo on DVD thread

Keep in mind, this is from Wikipedia, but according to their Pup Named Scooby Doo page, they are talks of making a movie based on A Pup Named Scooby Doo.

This is most likely part of the direct to video series that began in 1998. If this movie happens, there are lots of sceneros. The young gang could be used in flashback, or the young adult mystery inc gang could go back in time to their childhood. And there is a good chance of seeing a young adult Red Harring.
