Deadwood season 3 and Netflix

It seems that since it came out, disc 1 for Deadwood season 3 has been unavailable (very long wait status). What is going on, why dont those c*cksuckers hurry up and return it? But, I'm just curious why the first disc would have this status and not the rest? I realize that a lot of other people have it in their queue as well, but it's odd that the others are available and not this one.

Could be worse. I have Total Access and the local Blockbuster has had the 2nd DVD out since the day it came out.

My guess would be that people don't directly rent disc two after the first disc or they keep disc one for weeks before getting around to watching it and that creates the bottleneck.

ON Tv series Netflix will not send out Disc 2 or 3 or higher until the viewer has disc 1. In other words they dont send them out of order unless you request it that way.. So the backlog is from people wishing to watch Disc 1 before they get 2 to 3. Thats why most series have long waiting lists for Disc 1 only for most new and popular series
