The Jeffersons - Season 6 Disc 1 Problem

There looks like a video transfer issue for some episodes on disc 1.

To quote a review from movieweb.com
"..... something has happened to these shows in their compression that has got to be what has given these episodes a "ghost-like" effect. The characters all seem to be moving just a step slower than normal. Things aren't as fluid as they should be at all."

I hope Sony offers replacement discs to resolve this issue.

Perhaps a problem with the player they were using?

On the other hand, Sony did have that issue with the Casino Royale and Pursuit of Happyness DVDs. I don't yet have the disc so I cannot comment. But Sony issuing replacements? They never did before.

Yes, that problem is quite evident on Disc One. I do not expect any kind of replacement, though.

I noticed it BIG TIME on the first episode. I hope it doesn't effect many others. i haven't gotten around to watching much yet
