I have a non-R1 release of the mini-series, but I'd love to have a R1 release, perhaps with a commentary & documentaries.

JeffHR, that makes 2 of us. I have the R2 set but haven't viewed it yet. I did plug one in to spot-check the xfr and it wasn't too great, at least on my set. I'm waiting to view this set with someone else. Maybe I'll be able to view an R1 set by the time I'm ready to see this one. This is another great miniseries that's a mystery to me why it's not already out in R1. "Rich Man Poor Man", anyone? I learned long ago to forget trying to understand the TV/DVD market. Only remember the rule: "Just wait for Gord's/Dave's posts"

- Jeff Willis (Mainly a late 50's - mid-90's TV/DVD Collector)

"Combat! A Selmur Production"

"Two American scientists are lost in the swirling maze of past and future ages during the first experiments on America's greatest and most secret project...THE TIME TUNNEL! Tony Newman and Doug Phillips now tumble helplessly toward a new, fantastic adventure...somewhere along the infinite corridors of Time."

I almost bought the R2 "Rich Man Poor Man" a couple of times. And I still may buy it assuming that a R1 version is not going to show up in the next 2 yrs.

Don't get me started on why certain TV shows get released & others don't. I'll RANT & RANT & RANT about my two favorite shows & the treatment they have received.

There is one other mini-series I may start a thread about that is still in the vault. I don't think it even got a video tape release.
