Scrubs - Season 4

Mine didn't come with a booklet. Should it have one, or is the booklet holder just for show?

Re: Scrubs - Season 4

Mine came with a 1 page advertisement saying you can watch Scrubs on TV 5 days a week now. This was the only thing in my holder.

Likewise. So I'm probably not missing out, unless there's a large-scale omission. Any word on the "glitch" on Disc 1 mentioned in the TVonDVD news? My first episode played fine; is it a problem with a particular episode on the disc, or the disc as a whole?

I bought mine through Amazon.com, and mine didn't come with a booklet either.

Re: Scrubs - Season 4

Actually, Season 1 was the only one I have that had a booklet. I guess I was just thrown off by the presence of the holder (Season 2 actually has a "faux" holder...). The Season 3 holder just had a picture card in it.

Re: Scrubs - Season 4

Scott's right. I just checked my Season 2 and Season 3 sets, and neither of them had booklets. Also, just noticed that the Scrubs sets appear to be alternating between plastic sleeves and regular cardboard sleeves to enclose the disc holder. Season 1, and 3: Plastic, and Season 2 and 4: Cardboard. Interesting.

The entire disc won't play, so if your first episode was fine then you're ok.

Not really. The first episode played fine for me, but I can't watch the second episode on. My player keeps on stuttering and then it freezes. It's making noises that I have never heard before. The disc is fine too, not a single scratch or smudge. I'll be calling for a new disc later today.

Have these bad discs been isolated to a particular region of the US/Canada or chain of stores? I'll be picking up Season 4 tomorrow (and I'll be finishing watching Season 3 tonight) at Circuit City and I really hope to be one of the lucky ones.

Sorry Eric, I was just going by what I was told by the people that emailed me with the problem. Can you PM your location so I can pass it on to Disney?

Thanks,
Gord
