Re: My Favorite Martian - season 3.
This third season sale on amazon is really a worry, together with a posting a listing with first season cast and crew it also carries a production date of 1963?
That is the production date for year one..I beleave this is the set that Rhino produced last year as a straight sale to a video distributor.
They may be trying to blow them out before the first and second season Umbrella sets surface..with new extras and better packaging.
Until I see differently please use caution ordering, it's great to get a bargain but not if it's another product altogther.

Well, if that's what this set ends up being (Season 1 instead of Season 3) then I'll just pack it up and send it back. It's not too big of a deal to do that with Amazon.com packages. I like this show a lot, but I'm not paying the Australian pricetag, and then have to worry about it just getting here on top of that. A friend of mine has done this, and as of the last time we spoke, he was still waiting for it (and I believe he said it had been several weeks since the order went through).
Gary "frankly, it's incomprehensible to me that this set ended up not being readily available in the U.S. - that's just ridiculous if you ask me" O.

Re: My Favorite Martian - season 3 has a Bonus Disc
hello! (this is littletydramon from sitcomsonline for anyone who knows me there)
I'm reasking a question I didn't see answered above. Will any episodes of the cartoon series "My Favorite Martians" be available on the upcoming planned Seasons 1 & 2 sets?
Also, an awesome extra would be that AT&T commercial from the early 90's with Ray Walston in his Martian role. For anyone who has no idea what I speak of...
YouTube - Ray Walston makes a call

Re: My Favorite Martian - season 3 has a Bonus Disc
It doesn't look like any online stores received stock of My Favorite Martian Season 3 on February 5 the estimated release date. Barnes and Noble doesn't appear to have a link for it anymore, Amazon has it listed as available 5 to 8 weeks, and DVDEmpire says it's on order. My guess anyone who ordered it will eventually receive a cancellation notice, or told the DVD is not available.

Re: My Favorite Martian
Sorry to say,
Someone has made a mistake, I wish it were true but it made no sense.
This set is worth every cent.

Re: My Favorite Martian - season 3 has a Bonus Disc
I just received my notification from Amazon that they don't have it to ship, and needed my approval to keep the order active. I gave the approval so we shall see, but it is probably like everything else; if it seems to good to be true, it probably is.

Re: My Favorite Martian - season 3 has a Bonus Disc
This is getting interesting now. Okay I took a chance and preordered this from B&N never really expecting to get anything. However this morning I get a email saying my order is packed and ready to leave the warehouse. The UPS tracking number so far only says billing information received and it hasn't actaully shipped yet. If B&N received stock of My Favorite Martian Season 3 it must not have been many copies because availability is listed as 1 to 2 weeks, and it appears it is still not available at Amazon and DVDEmpire. When I get it I'll post information what I actually receive.

That's pretty good...will be interesting to see if you get the same thing most of us paid in the mid-$70s for. Galling, but interesting all the same.

Hopefully I'll have it by mid week to see exactly what set this is. Since B&N is a reputable store I'm certain I'll get something. For a new DVD release it certainly is a mystery because of lack of information from anyone with any knowledge.
Does the Australian set have a UPC code? I noticed the ones listed at B&N and DVDEmpire differ. Here are what they have listed that I copied.
UPC: 3000000063545
UPC Code: 603497044429
