The Flash Replacement Discs

Anyone else here waiting for the replacement Disc 1 for The Flash: The Complete Series?

After about 3 months I started to get a little impatient... and so I called the same number Gord and Dave at TVShowsOnDVD.com gave us. They told me that the replacement discs should be going out sometime next week. So hopefully we will be getting them here soon.

Yeah... I forgot to mention that she said that a first wave of shipments went out already... and that the next wave should be going out sometime next week.

I unfortunately wasn't lucky enough to get mine in the first wave.

Can you clarify that you are talking about the disc or the mailer? I called two and a half months ago and was told I'd be sent a mailer envelope to send in my original in exchange for a new one. I have not even received the mailer yet.

I really don't know Tim... they never mentioned a mailer envelope to me either time I called. when I originally called they just said it should go out in about a month.... and this time when I called... I asked if/when the replacement disc for Flash went out... and they told me the first wave went out a while ago... and the second wave should be going out next week... so I took it to mean the replacement disc itself.

My replacement disc came with the mailer. I don't think I sent the defective one back yet.

I was just thinking about this yesterday myself ..... I know I didn't call in right away, so hopefully I'm still in the 2nd batch ......

Bryan... if it helps any I called the day after Gord and Dave posted the number to call... and I still ended up in the second batch (At least I hope... they never did say).

Woohoo! I finally got my replacement Disc 1! It came with a letter that said to send in the old disc and they will send the replacement to me within 4 to 6 weeks! and a pre-addressed, postage paid CD Envelope. So I thought Damn! another month and a half!... but when I went to put the disc into the CD Envelope... the replacement disc was in it!

The first thing I did then was to pop the disc in the player to be sure it worked.... and all worked fine!

This almost puts me in the mood for a Flash marathon!

I will still send in the bad disc.... figure it is only fair... and who knows... in 4 to 6 weeks maybe I will have a second disc 1! LOL
