When will we see Promised Land?

Any ideas when CBS/Paramount will bring out this spin-off series?


Disney/Buena Vista/Miramax: Please put Beautiful Girls on Blu-ray with bonus features and the original theatrical trailer in 1080p, and an anamorphic re-release with bonus features and the original theatrical trailer day-and-date on DVD. Thanks!

A massive letter-writing campaign to ABC is being timed each Thursday. October Road co-creator/Beautiful Girls screenwriter Scott Rosenberg has recently told fans on the ABC.com message board to "fight on." Got drumsticks? We're targeting for them to arrive on Monday, December 15th. Please help in the fight to bring his Beautiful Girls spin-off, October Road, back to the airwaves.

No idea, but if you're interested, both parts of the Touched By An Angel/Promised Land crossover that introduced the 2nd series are included on the recently released Touched By An Angel: Season 3 Vol. 1 set, as well as a Thanksgiving crossover episode.

I've thought about checking out the first volume of "Touched By An Angel's" third season. I would like to see the pilot and all the crossover episodes, including the second part on "Diagnosis Murder", on a "Promised Land" release.

Does anyone think with Gerald McRaney on "Jericho" that this might help bring "Promised Land" to DVD? Both are owned by CBS/Paramount and are family dramas (well, "Jericho" is a "family drama" wrapped around a nuclear apocalypse, but you get the idea). I've been thinking that maybe CBS/Paramount should take advantage of this and release "Promised Land". They're also still continuing "Touched by an Angel", so they really should look at the three-season spin-off.
