Do you mean Gravedale High? It starred Rick Moranis who was a teacher who got transfered to Gravedale High that had all the relatives of all the famous monsters. I really liked this show when I was a kid and would love too see it again, I've been wishing it would come on DVD for a while now.
All I can remember was that it was a cartoon and I think it was on NBC right before they got rid of their cartoons.
