Is Sony going to release Mr. Ed Seaons??

I have the 2 best of Volumes that came out but it has been quite a while since anything has been released.

I'm also still waiting for Paramount to Release Gomer Pyle USMC

There's no reason at this time to suspect Sony/MGM will change Mr. Ed from best-of's to season sets. As for Gomer, it's taking longer to produce it than originally thought, but it's still on the way as far as I know.

Is there some reason Sony can't release the seasons? such as the estates of some of the deceased cast members not agreeing or something? Or is it that they don't think it will sell or something like that ??

And also about Gomer, Is Paramount going to put the Andy Griffith ep where Andy takes Gomer to the Marine base on the Season 1 set If I am correct I believe that was actually the pilot for Gomer??

Are they even going to release any more "best of" sets? The first two were released day-and-date with the "Green Acres" season sets, but we now have GA S3, but no new ME collection.

I agree. The real question is whether we will see any sets.
The fact that Green Acres S3 was released and no Mr Ed is ominous. I'm afraid this may fall into the black hole of
unfinished series. Hope I'm wromg on this.

I hope I am not breaking a rule of the forum by saying this but I guess if it doesn't come out soon We as fans may have to get Sony's attention with a phone call and e mail campaign til they get so tired of it that they release Ed and GA
