Backstairs at the White House - 4 Disc Set

Don't know how many people remember this mini-series. This was one of my favorites, and I've never forgotten it.

I've either been really out of it, or this came in REALLY low under the radar, but I was shocked to see this on the shelf, released last Tuesday. I haven't had a chance to watch it yet, but it's a 4-disc set with a great in-depth booklet containing info about the series, as well as historical information on each of the administrations covered by the show.

I hope the A/V quality is good, but frankly, just to see this again is wonderful.

I'm anxious to get to watching my set. This was an excellent, but underappreciated mini-series that never seemed to get the kind of recognition it deserved.

Now if we could only get Warner to move forward with Roots: The Next Generations....
