"Desperate Housewives/Lost" rebate coupon: do sets from DDD include it?

It appears that it is really hit & miss as to whether the coupon is included or not in the Desperate Housewives set. Has anyone received this set from DeepDiscountDVD yet, and if so, does it contain the $10 rebate coupon?

I ordered this off DDD for $36.14, what is the deal with the ten dollar debate? Is it off just Desperate Housewives or buying both Lost & Desperate Wives?
