Tales From The Crypt On DVD Next Year?!

According to bloody-disgusting.com, John Kassir (voice of the crypt keeper) was on a panel at the Rue Morgue Festival of Fear in Canada and said that Warner Brothers is releasing a box set of the series sometime next year.

I would buy the first couple seasons.

The whole last half of the show was horrible IMO with the exception of only a couple episodes.

The first few seasons I liked maybe 1/2, so I would get those.

I hope that maybe the box set is a Season 1/Season 2 type deal. I would definately pick it up.

Hopefully not a Best of where they just pick episodes from the later seasons like other shows.

Best of's arent very good IMO. The Hitchhiker is a good example of picking mostly crap episodes and calling it a Best of. Best of what?

Season 1(actually the first 3 American seasons) is available from Canadian retailers. Decent set, and cheap.
