Defective Battlestar Galactica Box Set?
I performed a A/B test between the "Saga" episode on both the new box set and the one that was released a few years back on DVD. I noticed that the old one has a much better video resolution and well as clearer audio quality especially on the LFE of my home theater during the combat scenes.
I was wondering whether the new one has a poor remastering which explains the inferior quality as compared to the older version. The new box set, I could barely hear the surround sound. I thought I'm supposed to hear 5.1?
Has anyone noticed this too or do I have a defective box set?
