New "Suspiria" disc?

Hey - just came across a listing at work for a 2-disc special edition of Suspiria coming on 9/25. Suppose this is just a re-purposing of the limited-edition, 3-disc Anchor Bay set, minus the soundtrack?

It might be a new edition entirely, since we're getting a new, 2-disc Stendhal Syndrome the same day.

My distributor has both DVDs listed as coming from "Ryko Distribution Partners". I'm guessing that's Anchor Bay's parent company?

Either way, I'd like to pick up Suspiria with the bonus disc, especially since it looks like it's listing for under $20.

Yeah, like you thought it's just a re-release of Anchor Bay's SE minus the soundtrack.

Makes me regret buying the single-disk last Halloween. Would gladly re-purchase if it was a new transfer as well but since it's a re-packaging that's probably not the case.

Other than being encoded in a weird progressive/interlaced manner, the transfer was excellent. It's the remixed audio that is a disaster.

Agreed the remixed audio just about ruins the film.
