WB Gangsters/Tough Guys Vol. 3?

Having thoroughly enjoyed both the above, does anybody have any other recommendations in a similar vein (apart from the '32 scarface) and is there enough as yet unreleased titles for a third volume from the WB vault and if so which one's?

Warner still has some gangster films to release that can be included in another boxset. Some of them are the following and there are some other Cagney, Bogart and Robinson films that can be use in such a boxset.
  • Kid Galahad
  • Invisible Stripes
  • Johnny Eager
  • Brother Orchid
  • The Big House
  • The Amazing Dr. Clitterhouse
  • 20,000 Years in Sing Sing
  • Smart Money
  • The Little Giant
  • The Earl of Chicago
  • They Gave Him a Gun

I'd love to see a release of 'Invisible Stripes'.

Great little film, imo.. and should be on DVD.

recently purchased the "Gangsters" set from Warner Bros. These films are great! Cagney rules! Plus the transfers are spectacular for films of this age. Loaded with extras and commentaries. A+

Re: WB Gangsters/Tough Guys Vol. 3?

I had bought the Tough Guys Collection a few months ago, but never finished the set, but I did watch San Quentin and A Slight Case of Murder (very funny) the other night and I enjoyed them both. The trailer of Kid Galahad on one od the dvds makes me think that it'll be in an upcoming Edward G. Robinson set with :

-Larceny Inc.
-Brother Orchid
-Kid Galahad
-Two Seconds
-Our Vines Have Tender Grapes
-Dr. Ehrlich's Magic Bullet.

Sometimes WB surprises us with sets we weren't expecting and hopefully a Tough Guys or Gangsters 2 is one of them.

Corey's most wanted R1 dvds:

Little Darlings (1980), My Cousin Rachel (1952), The Deep Blue Sea (1955), Ah Wilderness (1935), The White Cliffs of Dover (1944), Born to Be Bad (1950), Ivy (1947), Reckless (1935), Idiot's Delight (1939), Springtime in the Rockies (1942), The Story of Three Loves (1953), The Barretts of Wimpole Street (1934/1957), Julia Misbehaves (1948), Slightly Dangerous (1943), The Hucksters (1947), Two Faced Woman (1941), My Gal Sal (1942), The Opposite Sex (1956), Arabesque (1966), When Ladies Meet (1941), I Dood It (1943), The African Queen (1951), Autumn Leaves (1956), Star Dust (1940), A Hatful of Rain (1957)

PICTURE SNATCHER (1933) is the one I want, whether it be in TOUGH GUYS 3 or JAMES CAGNEY: The Signature Collection Vol. 2. My favorite Cagney film.
