None of those titles are available separately.

G.W. McLintock: Camille, you're on your own.

I am extremely disappointed with the 2.0 track on "Soldier of Fortune". I wish Fox could offer an explanation on each title, where applicable, to why the 4.0 track is not available for whatever reason.
On the other hand, "The Tall Men" sound is fantastic in it's original 4.0 format, especially Newman's logo with CinemaScope extension.

We are constantly told of the many advantages of dvd, but the studios do not take advantage of them. there is NO reason why soldier of Fortune should be 2.0

Perhaps someone has the track in his or her private collection

Fox continually takes 4.0 tracks and mixes them down to 2.0 for dvd release - I have no idea why.

Re: Soldier of Fortune - Gable - available separate?

I agree with Stephen, in that The Tall Men sounds great, whereas Soldier of Fortune with only it's 2 tracks is a disappointment.

I was even more disappointed with the recent Cinemascope films on the Jayne Mansfield set.
Only Will Success Rock Hunter is in Stereo, while both The Girl Can't Help it and Sheriff of Fractured Jaw are 2 track Mono.
I'm not sure though if those 2 titles were ever released in Stereo, as Fox did release the odd Mono only Scope movie to the cinemas.

I just purchased the region 4 Fox Classics version of THE VIRGIN QUEEN and it too is only 2 track Stereo.
Still, Franz Waxman's Majestic title Music makes it all worthwhile, although Picture quality is pretty average.

Doug, play the French language (?) on "Sheriff", it is 4.0.
