This week Ken McAlinden reviews Albert Lewin's MGM adaptation of Oscar Wilde's The Picture of Dorian Gray, a highly awaited release that gets notable recommendation. Todd Erwin gives us two reviews of the recent "Indie" releases, Harold, starring Spencer Breslin -and- Dororo, a live-action comic book adaptation directed by Akihko Shiota. Mame - the musical on DVD?

When will Warner Bros release a DVD of their 1974 musical version of Mame starring Lucille Ball?

Maybe it can be asked by someone at the upcoming Warners Chat.

According to the last Warner Chat "Mame" is not on the schedule and the tracks are Mono. (They always were) Warner mentioned that when they do release "Mame" they want to do it right with stereo sound but that would take a lot of work. Go to the last Warner Chat there was a question specificly on this topic.

I thought there was a Bea Arthur web site that mentioned MAME coming in 2006. Did I dream it? Anybody know the web address of Bea Arthur's offical site?
