John Carpenter's The Thing (Collector's Ed) - should there be a booklet/chapter list?

I just got this DVD but there's nothing where the booklet/chapter list should be. Can anyone tell me if there is one as I'll have to send it back if so?

Mine did not have one either. I put the booklet from the collector's edition in there before I sold it to Blockbuster.
