Jonny Lee Miller (Trainspotting, Hackers, upcoming Aeon Flux) and Andy Serkis (Lord of the Rings Trilogy, upcoming King Kong) star in this evocative thriller chronicling a grieving widowers’ journey for revenge that takes him to England’s worst prison.
Synopsis:
For commercial pilot Denis (Miller), life as he knows it is over when escaped convict Ricky Barnes breaks into his home and murders his pregnant wife. With Denis’ beloved spouse in a casket and the convicted killer in a cell, the distraught widower has only one thing left to live for: revenge! His elaborate plan to avenge his wife’s death involves crime, conviction and incarceration. A series of break-out attempts takes Denis to increasingly higher security prisons, until he is finally sent to the same one as Ricky, leading to a violent conclusion.
