Jaws

Has anybody noticed a conspicuous absence of Steven Spielberg's 1975 film Jaws on DVD elsewhere around the world? Here in the UK, it's disappeared from sale, almost as if it was the 30th Anniversary and Universal was going to release it properly this time as a 2 disc set with the full 2 hour documentary?

Or is it just very cold here in the UK?

Or am I completely right?

I apologise if y'all worked this out years ago and you feel the need to point me to the 500 strong threads where it's been discussed to death.

I believe it is on Universal's schedule for a re-issue sometime in the summer. I have heard no word on an special features though. Knowing Universal, they will find some way to screw it up even after years of knowing what fans want, Namely the full, unedited documentary and the original mono audio track.

There is already an existing thread from a little bit back on this though.

Actually, I just saw it just last night at a local Wal-Mart. Of course, they could be just selling off what stock they have on hand.
