CDN. Punisher - no comic inside!

Alliance Atlantis strikes again!

The Canadian release of The Punisher (also known as 'Le Punisher: Les Liens du Sang') doesn't have the prequel comic inside.

Why? Easy - it would be too hard to translate into French.

Way to go, morons! Makes me glad I stopped buying from this company a few years back.

Of course, they did the same thing with the Pulp Fiction SE, so I really shouldn't be surprised. We should be thankful that we even GET the LOTR EEs...

They wouldn't bother translating. Easier to not include it.

I got it today from HMV and then when I got back to my car, I noticed the bilgual crap on the cover. I checked the price at DDD when I got home and it's almost $8 cheaper if I get it from them so I ordered it and I'll be returning the disc to HMV tomorrow.

Do me a favour - when you return it, mention you're getting it online from the States. If the stores start losing money due to Alliance's crappy covers, discs and service, you can bet they'll let Alliance know about it.

Even one HMV store bitching about it to Alliance means more than a hundred of us complaining about them online.
