I just did a search for this over at deepdiscountdvd.com, and I found it now has a 11/30/2004 release date at least according to them.

I'll pick this up when it comes out for sure.

It was originally scheduled for August 31st, but was moved to November 30th as of a few weeks ago. Three months - That's one hell of a delay.
