1.66 OAR: Why Not Anamorphic?

I was reviewing the pre-release specs of JUDGMENT AT NUREMBERG SE and saw that the OAR 1.66 will not be anamorhically enhanced. The same was true for GIANT. I know the Giant thread went into this, but I still don't get it. Anybody out there care to comment? Thanks.

It would be nice if you used the search function because you would have found this thread which discussed the issue of Judgement at Nuremberg not being released with an anamorphic presentation.
