does anyone know of a legit region 1 or 0 release of this japanese horror flick? i've been meaning to get it, and i heard vague news somewhere of an American release, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Elite is releasing it Tuesday, there's a full page ad for it in the last issue of Rue Morgue.

WOW! Something cool from Elite that isn't a rehash of thier old laserdisc days. I was such a fan of Elite and then it seemed they lost steam when Don May left. I remember once calling Elite's office to see if they had a catalog and I wound up talking movies with Don May for 1/2 hour.

I have a suspicious feeling this isn't 16x9 enhanced, no info on Elite's site apart from widescreen, hmmm....I'll hold off until feedback is forthcoming.
